Chick-fil-A in Mobile

“I didn't use the bathroom but everything seemed clean. I've never been here before but on a whim thought I should try it out. Service was swift and polite. I got the deluxe which has cheese. It was hot and the lettuce and tomato were fresh. The cheese was sorta tossed on without much respect (someone doesn't love their work), so some of it started to melt. It was priced reasonably for the time. The chicken wasn't dry, but it certainly wasn't moist. There was no mayo or sauce which didn't help. For my taste, it was too salty. Overall, it was ok, but maybe I'm just not a fried chicken sandwich guy.“

“We used the drive thru so we didnt use the dinning room, restrooms, or play yard.
The chicken nuggets (fried) were great.
Plenty of sauces to choose from. They have a few new SUMMER SPECIAL DRINKS. different lemonaids. Teas and so forth.
The mulitiple drive thru lanes and personel out side taking your orders and payments really speeds things thru.
The parking differs at each individual store.
Some are easier than others to get in and out of.
Theres handicapped parking and restrooms.
We purchased a 30 piece nugget box . 3 large drinks and a fry and spent around $30“

“The supervisor Trent is so caring towards his customers! I came in the other day and had an issue with the chicken nuggets, sent in a complaint and soon after got a response. Not only did I get an email from the supervisor, but I also got a phone call saying how sincerely sorry he was about my issue. I got refunded my money and he even paid for my next meal. I met with him in person, and he was sorry and addressed the issue with his work staff immediately. VERY pleased with how he handled this. He even helped me out on his break. Nicest supervisor I have ever met! Thank you so much Trent!“

“We planned a stop here on our roadtrip specifically for the play place we thought it had. It does NOT have a playground. This restaurant has been remodeled to remove the playground. They do have some games and coloring stuff for kids but not what we needed/ planned for our energetic toddler. The service was fabulous and the food was as expected but the information for this location needs to be updated.“

“I believe the woman I spoke to on the phone said her name was Jacinta, but I apologize if I’m wrong. I called twice because I was having issues with a doordash order and I needed to make a change to my order as well. She was SO helpful and very kind!! I know fast food can be stressful and I don’t usually see that type of energy at fast food places due to them being overworked and tired. But she was so nice!! Thank you! :)“

“Over 1000 students plus their chaperones and parents are in town for the Alabama All-State Band Festival. I have no idea how many decided to visit this restaurant, but 100 would be a VERY conservative estimate . . . ALL after 5 pm when the restaurant closes at 6. And this is day one of a three-day event. The speed and accuracy with which the team served that many customers was amazing. Even with that volume, all the team members were polite and did their job functions with smiles. Everyone was served, and no one was rushed, even while still eating well-after closing time. We were even thanked for choosing to end our day with Chick-fil-a (although the students will not be released until 9 pm). It is small things like that that makes Chick-fil-a one of the best restaurants in business, and this location is a flagship for the company!“
