“The Club and H&L just can't be beat anywhere. Not even at Firehouse. I've tried entire menu and the only thing that come remotely close is the Smokehouse Brisket, but unfortunately it does not travel well. Bread sogs out pretty quickly. Service is pretty good, people are friendly and always greet "Welcome to Firehouse!", altho I think this location has too many peeps working, they're tripping over themselves. 6 people on the line is too many. I dont want that many hands on my food. The location is small and the table setup is awkward. Hard to walk thru the restaurant and avoid tables of people or stands of chips. There is no room for a queue of people waiting to order. It's just constant "excuse me". Also please don't hit me up at the register to round up my total AND tip. And there's a separate tip jar? Haha too much.“
“It's not that the sandwiches aren't good it's just they're so sloppy put together and sometimes it's a decent amount of meat and then other times it's not plus the girl couldn't do meth in her head so she shorted me a dollar and I had to knock on the window and bang to get somebody to come over and show them and the problem was solved and my change was returned but still sad that the girl got so nervous that she couldn't just grab a calculator and do it.Dietary restrictions: I have a gastric sleeve so I can only have very small portions. Plus I can't have anything spicy“
“I have celiacs and it is near impossible to eat out without getting sick. Firehouse takes precautions to prevent cross contamination. One person handles order it's made In a seperate area and they pull fresh toppings. Was able to eat here without getting sick which was awesome. Thanks for taking the time to give us more options to eat. Review made 72 hours after eating and I am super sensitive to gluten. No issuesDietary restrictions: Was able to eat safe here as a celiac with extreme sensitivity. They took time to properly handle order.“
“Great food, and I recommend the Mac and cheese to. But for a place that was established by FF and emergency personnel. Its extremely disappointing that they don't do any kind of Mil, FF, LEO, EMT, First Responder discounts. Cost me a family of 4- 65 dollars to eat there. We all got large combos but for sandwiches we definitely can not afford to eat there very often. Was a nice treat though.“
