“Depending on who is here will determine if your order is correct. I have defaulted to doing an online order if I see certain people behind the counter (I do believe someone said the person in question is a manager or assistant manager ) working so there is no room to argue that I ordered wrong (I just loved how he attempted to mansplain and act like I’m an idiot (manager/or assistant manager) who is not only illiterate, but apparently I lack the communication skills to order a basic sandwich. 🙄 The icing on the cake was he then proceeded to discuss the situation with another employee and I was still in the store! I was once a fast food worker so I try not to be that customer, but I don’t accept disrespect.
And just for anyone interested, my exact order was:
Medium turkey sub and I ONLY want turkey, lettuce, and light on the mayo (I’ve always ordered like this and had no issue when other people are present).
I received a sub with a good amount of mayo and cheese.
The mansplainer says you never said no cheese. I then asked what does ONLY mean to you seeing that I read the menu that lists the ingredients before ordering?“

“My flight was delayed so glad Firehouse Subs is open at this location. Although they don’t have all the sandwich choices, I was still satisfied. My order was a little picky so I went to the register instead of the kiosk and Elizabeth, Brandy, and Brenda made it happen. Great customer service from all three of them. Definitely will be back.
