“I used to frequent this place years ago in 2019-2020! I stopped because the employees were horrible. The place was disgusting. The food took hours to get, so I moved on and went somewhere else! However, today which is February 26, 2024. I decided to stop back in and give it a tryI am absolutely pleased with what I found!The place was clean, smelt good, and I did not know what anyone had eaten before because there was no food left on the floors !! My waitress Analiese White, Is the most pleasant person I have met in a long time she was very friendly, I had a genuine smile, she takes pride in her job. She is extremely knowledgeable of the menu, She respects herself, and the customers which is a big plus from what I have had in past experiences. I will definitely be back!! I give it a 10.“

While there were plenty of customers, they were all quiet and respectful of others. The food was excellent and service was good.“
“The place was really busy when we arrived. We were seated within a reasonable time. The service was outstanding! Every waiter we encountered had a smile, was punctual, and in our case our waffle was hard and they took off some money from the final check. Food wise, they have a lot of healthy options that taste good, by far the best tasting eggs i have ever had while eating out. Theirbreakfast potatoes are also very well seasoned. The plain iced coffee is also OUTSTANDING!“

“It's waffle house. There's not really much to expect or not expect. You either love it or don't. Also if you need a menu that tells everyone you aren't local because the menu never changes and every local person knows everything on that menu. I also was a cook at waffle House for a while and loved it. “I feel so bad I don't remember our servers name! We came on 02/16/2024 at around 2pm and our server was a brunette wearing a mask. She was absolutely amazing!!! I came in with my almost two year old, and she (along with all the staff) made us feel so welcome and appreciated. She went above and beyond and cut my child's waffle up for us so that she could eat it right away, and I didn't have to do it. “I went with my family to Pace Waffle House. Katlyn was our server because I ask for her after the experience that almost made me walk out. I was raised in the south. Country south with a lot of respect.The area we wanted at first was very cold. So I proceeded to take us across the room to another table that was not cleaned off, but the people had already gone. It was obvious. I turned to the staff and I asked will someone please clean this table off so we can sit here the girl that turned and looked at me with a black headed girl with a nose ring and she yelled “WHAT”. Now I am a 60-year-old woman and I do not respond well to what. So as I consider turning around and leaving, I looked at the sweet girl that was standing there with a broom, and her name was Katelyn. I looked her directly in the eyes, and I said, do you mind cleaning our table she quickly jump to doing it very very helpful. Very very kind so then I said, can you be our waitress come to find out it was the other girls area but she said yes, the rest of the experience was wonderful but I say this to say two things young people respect your elders. If you don’t respect your elders, then you are not raised right and second waffle House needs to know that they have people that want the hometown experience when they come to pace for lunch.
