I was not impressed by the jalapeño chicken sandwich meal, pictured. Flavor was ok, but I think I should have gone somewhere else for a sandwich. Spent less at Firehouse Subs and got the same, if not better tasting food. Would not recommend visiting.
Although the people were very nice, the 37 minute wait for our order was not. We were told it could take 20 minutes but it turned out to be more like double that. They did offer us a few free cookies to make up for the wait. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. I did think the prices were a little over what I am used to paying for the same thing at other places.
First, i was shocked at the reviews! I would like to suggest ignoring all of the petty, picky, ridiculous reviews complaining about this place. My daughter and I ate here (Daphne) for the first time last week and it was AMAZING! The food was freshly made, it was hot (and I mean blow on it or it will burn your tongue actually hot which you rarely get in fast food), and it tasted fantastic! We were so excited to see we had this place because we both love potatoes and would get them...
