I came through the drive thru tonight to get some nuggets for my son....that's it...that's all I got. I get to the window and the woman aggressively handed me my bag and tried to rush me....but my son wanted some ketchup..I asked for ketchup and she stopped stared at me...ROLLED HER EYES....then looked back at my son in the backseat...scoffed...and was just sooo annoyed that I asked for ketchup...I still said thank you and all I got from her was shutting the drive thru window and turning her back towards me... Sooo rude...like if you dont want to work with people...then DONT

Lobby is always locked, no matter the time of day. Won't even let Door Dash in to pick orders that are finished and sitting on the counter.

Couldn't even get food or anything. The first time we went they locked the doors right as we got there, making us walk down the street to 3 other restaraunts to see they were closed/out of food. Terrible location. The next time we went in the morning to try for breakfast since the hotel sucked. The doors were locked when they had been open for 2 hours, the worker just looked at us and ignored us. Burger King isn't even that good for ts.

It’s June18th 2025 at 4:15. Whoever is working the drive through needs to have their attitude checked. I pulled up to order and the girl sounded like she was whispering and I told her that I could barely hear her and she went “Well I can barely hear you!” So, I start to give her my order and she tells me to pull around. I got to the window and go “Yeah, I don’t know what’s going on, I don’t know if the volume is turned down or what.” And she goes “Well your truck must be too loud because no one else has had any problems” I drive a Toyota, and I go through drive throughs for work lunch every day and never have an issue. Anyway, she basically wants payment, and shoves everything back at me like she’s furious or something, and my order was never completed. And honestly, I’m not going to eat what she gave me because she’s clearly, highly disgruntled and god knows what she likely did to it.

The lady at the drive thru window added my cash app card to her wallet on her phone and tried to use my card but thank goodness I locked my card immediately after my order had been paid for. This is credit card fraud!

We had an awesome experience at this location. The young man at the window was so nice and attentive. Our usual experience here hasn’t been bad; but today it was exceptional. I wanted to hire that young man to work in my place of employment. I work in food service myself.

I was reminded why I don’t visit Burger King. The service was so poor, didn’t want to give me a receipt at the drive through, I had to insist, she said “it’s not working” I insisted she grudgingly went to get a new paper roll… no napkins, cold burgers. Just unacceptable.
