The food will take forever for you to receive, there's nothing "fast" about this fast food place. I had to leave even before I could pay for my meal because I'd been waiting for so long (with only 1 car in front of me) and then was never even greeted when I finally pulled up to the window. In the past when we've gone the fries and other food have been cold and old.. I'm done giving this place any more chances. Just pitiful.

I took my family thru the drive thru, and was trying to decide what my kids wanted and the person working the drive thru was trying to rush me, I told her I needed a minute and there wasn’t anyone behind me, and she told me not to get smart with her. I got mad and went to talk to the manager and she told me that I was in the wrong, and to get out of her store.

Terrible breakfast. Ask for no cheese and got cheese anyway. Biscuit was soggy and possibly undercooked. Hash browns tasted like they were fried in old oil. Could not finish the biscuit or the hashbrowns. Coffee was OK.

Terrible, horrible, service. Watched workers redrop my food and try to tell me it was fresh. This location should be obliterated and replaced with another restaurant that cares about people and the food they place inside of their bodies. Yes it's junkfood but the quality makes it more like waste bucket food. For $15, I shouldn't have to beg or debate for hot and fresh food, it should be automatic. Life-long Burger King fan but this has become a common theme with this franchise. Good-bye for good Burger King, my stomach is regretful but my heart is grateful that we must finally separate after 20 years.
