I try not to go to BK but today I did. Over the past year I have visited BK on HW 181 in Daphne 3 times. Today was the same as the last two visits. They could not take any orders because "the system was down" I was told to come back in 15 minutes. I don't know how this place stays in business. The only reason that I went there was because What a burger was out of small hamburger meat. I guess nobody on 181 knows how to keep their "system" working or how to fix it and others do not understand how to order stock. I do not know if BKs food is any good or not because I can't ever get any.

I have been trying to get a milk shake from Store #16539 for 2 months. I am told that the ice cream machine is not working. The cashier stated the machine needs to be cleaned and nobody wants to clean it. My wife got her #1 as she wanted it. I watched while she ate and your 4 employees were standing around talking and doing nothing. One of them was eating at the end of the food prep counter. There were no other patrons in the store nor in the drive thru. Why couldn’t someone clean the ice cream machine?

People hear are horrible!! They have the lobby closed during normal open hours and then only serve one person at a time at drive through. People have to sit and wait to order, while they completely fill the person at the window's order, then they can order. O sat in line for 20 min, only 3 cars in front of me, and couldn't go inside during open hours because they had the doors locked

We stopped in Saturday night (around 7:30 pm) after a long day of volleyball in Spanish Fort. No one in the parking lot or in the restaurant. Should have been our first clue. We go inside to order but never got the opportunity to. After standing at the counter for 5 minutes with people looking at us from the cook line, a lady with pink hair finally comes up there. She looked at us so coldly like we were bothering her. She never once spoke a word just stood there playing with her hair and picking lint off her jacket. I looked at my husband and said let’s go. We went down the street where business was welcomed and appreciated to eat. Do better Burger King.

Food is obviously good at burger the staff are terrible with dine in customers. They just care about drive thru customers as if they are only paying.

We went at 10:30 for lunch. Food was hot, made correctly but kinda slow since they were not busy neither inside or drive thru. Dinning room was a mess as were the bathrooms but the bathrooms could have been because of the people that had just walked out of them for sure. Cashier did her job well. They for some reason didn't have the fried pickle ranch burger though 😕
I have been here 5 or 6 times and each time every table is dirty. Every. Single. Table. They're all dirty, somehow. They are fully staffed, some staff are able to relax, there are multiple managers, and yet every single table in the lobby is dirty. Every. Time.

I've come through this BK a few times. They are extremely slow. The last time was 8pm, 2 cars in front of me. The car directly in front if me and myself only had a nugget meal each and it took over 20 minutes for me to get to the window to pay... and then wait some more. I am assuming they are understaffed regularly. Or perhaps management is not scheduling enough employees per shift. Either way, I'll be going elsewhere in the future.

The general manager took our order and while I was ordering what was left of breakfast my nephew ask if they were gonna be serving the lunch menu soon and she said no. It was 10:29. So I got my breakfast and stood around and then the lunch menu came up and so we get in line and he said ok so yall are serving lunch now and she said no. Not no but in a few minutes or anything else just no. My sister walked about that time and after a short discussion we realized that this was not were we wanted to be.
