This stores constantly opening late. They never opened on time in fact.. Today I set there for a half hour before they told me it's gonna be another half hour before they open. This story needs a major overhaul of employees and customer Service attitudes.

The guy at the counter was friendly and when they didn't have the bread he offered a substitute. And I think it was better than the actual bread. It was freezing in the dining

Perhaps the worst burger king experience I have ever had. The burgers were cold, mine was pink in the middle, the fish sandwich was burnt and the fountain drinks were mostly seltzer. The floor of the entire restaurant was sticky and covered with food, napkins and straw wrappers. We were the only table. Also, they did not care one bit about any of it. An elderly couple came in as we were leaving and the gentleman had to yell for someone to come take their order. Sad and pathetic, really no excuse.

The service really sucks I waited in line 25 min for 2 whopper Jr with cheese and they still messed it up my hat goes off to the cashier she were on her job so you can't fault the @cashier Thank you!
Employees had a great attitude. All smiles. Food was hot. 100% better than when we were there a few months ago.

This BK is about as good as it gets for BK. I really can't expect any better from them. The drive through is usually pretty quick, the food is hot, and I've never had them mix up my order. I can't say the same about many other fast food restaurants.

Horrible customer service, I go through the drive thru to place an order at 12am when closing hours are is at 1am, they tell me to order through the app because their system is down I do that and 10min later I come up to the window for them to say it's close that is 12am why couldn't they say that from the minute I got there, they make me waste my time and money because now I have to wait for a refund for 48 hours because I have to go through the app and not through a person because employees are to damn lazy to even work their whole shift or even have the time to take an order when that's their job...

I most unprofessional staff I have ever seen in a fast food restaurant. They were all eating behind the counter, talking to friends on their phone while in speaker mode. The eating area was absolutely filthy!!!

Twice now I’ve either gone through the drive thru or ordered on the app and the store has closed early on a Saturday night. That’s really not cool. And by early I mean at least an hour early at the minimum.
