Food is always great. It's my 5th time coming since the re-open. 1 out of 5 times great service is unacceptable especially from Chick-fil-A. Mobile Service gets better service then your actual customers sitting there. 8 minutes while ppl behind me and in the mobile aisle were served. I know they heard my remarks the blk sedan at 6 this morning. Never had this issue prior to your mobile aisle bs. The other day I waited for a Chocolate Milkshake while everyone around me was served. The ppl in the back of me knew it was your fault getting a drink didn't hold up them, that was totally on you. 181 might be smaller but the service is 100% times better than your larger franchise.

I am obsessed with chickfila, especially for breakfast. I've been to this location several times since it opened. The last 2 times, this morning being one of them, the chicken mini buns were hard as a rock on the bottoms. I don't know if they were old or overdone. Super DISAPPOINTED!! With as much as they cost, you should expect them to be edible. 🤦♀️

Our order was wrong and when we took the sandwich back up to the front, they didn't even know what sandwich we wanted. The new grilled spicy chicken sandwich. Finally got it squared away, it was delicious. My husband's order was correct and good. The restaurant was nasty, I do believe it was the nastiest Chic Fil A I've ever been in. The young lady that took our order was talking with a guy and when finally done with their conversation (not talking about his order) took our order.
The food was very good I had a club sandwich, lemon aide was great... Saturday afternoon we were in for a late lunch and a lot of people working upfront but just not as fast as I'm use to with chick-fil-A...the man in front of me stood for a while before someone ask him if he had been waited on ...then we moved up in line the kid was just standing like he was confused ...he finally took our order then the chick-fil-A that we're use to came back,....the food actually came out before we got finished paying...nice job on the food

Spent over 20 minutes in line for greasy hash browns and over fried chicken. Do better the worse meal I have EVER had at Chick! I would not even give it 1 star!

Used the mobile app and went through the drive thru and was stuck sitting there for 12 minutes after they brought our food because the vehicle in front of us was still waiting. They took many orders back through both lines and no one ever thought to ask those people their name or what they ordered... for 12 minutes. Finally a lady asked them and got them their oder and it was 2 drinks and an ice cream cone. By the time they got their drinks and cone, 15 minutes had gone by. My order was for family at home waiting and was cold by the time we got home. This was avoidable is one of them had simply asked that customer their name and their order BEFORE 12 minutes had gone by. There were periods they were all just standing at the window waiting for orders. They had time. Why is it the service seemed better before they rebuilt? Do better please!
Definitely not up to Chick-fil-A standards. My sandwich was cold even after an extremely long wait. My wife’s order was wrong and then she had to wait another 15 minutes for an 8ct chicken nuggets.

We were hoping that tearing down the old location and building a new one would change their level of service but it seems to have gotten worse! We would go to the Spanish Fort location if it wasn’t so far out of the way.

30 minutes. Thirty. Minutes. to get my food with a MOBILE order. The box that my chicken was in when I got it had condensation all over it so it definitely was just sitting somewhere for 30 minutes. Fries were cold. No straw. About 10 melted ice chips in my drink. Second time this has happened.
