Edited to add...came in today(Saturday)at 2:30. Got home 5 minutes away and realize my cookies are hard as a rock (I've had French toast multiple times before and it was soft). Also got the last of them they had, meanwhile staff is busy preparing cookies for Monday instead of making sure customers have fresh cookies for TODAY. So disappointing!
Always love the cookies...HOWEVER, New Years Eve they had the doors locked OPEN sign on and were inside baking fresh cookies (a whole pan of French toast to be exact)! If they were baking cookies Tuesday for Thursday (when they would open again) this would be the second time we have come across them baking cookies days in advance. Once on a Saturday evening they were baking cookies for Mondays new flavors! For the price of these cookies I'd hate to think they are serving 2 day old cookies!
