It was my 40th birthday. I did my researched and according to reviews & and images, it was a actual hibachi restaurant. Where they cooked in front of you. I had hyped up the kids but when we walked in the place was not what's in the photos. We were very disappointed.
The chicken in the hibachi entrée was cold. Fried rice was dry. But the sushi and other dishes were good. Service was excellent. I may go back to do take out for sushi.

Best sushi served by the best people in Baldwin county! The owner is so kind and always remembers my sister, husband and I. He genuinely cares about his customers. I send every person I meet to Daruma, truly my favorite restaraunt for the last 10+ years!

Best sushi I’ve found in Baldwin county after living here a year. Praise god

I ordered the lunch special 3 rolls and hibachi chicken to go. The rolls were made to order with fresh ingredients (you could just tell by taste) and the veggies in the hibachi weren’t frozen. Everything was great. Very thankful
