Made a delivery order. After the app saying it was ready for 30 min, I called to see if I needed to come get it. I was told it was the next to be delivered. 10 min later saw the driver heading the other direction. Called again to be told they took other orders first. Could've been solved but just telling me to come get it

Initially order said delivered but wasn’t at the door so I filled a form, but after 10 minutes or so it was there! Driver was very friendly, please disregard the report and make sure someone knows how kind the driver was!!
Very disorganized. The young lady that helped me was friendly the rest of the crew was rather rude .
Parking: It is in a small strip mall, o e of the business was closed for the evening which leaves more spaces available. The employees park in the front row.. No handicap parking.

I give them four out of five because the delivery guy was here in less than 30 minutes and it was raining I wish I knew the guy's name so I can mention him by name but he made my delivery at almost 11:00 September 26th younger guy but he was here lickety split the pizza could have been in a little bit better condition the pasta I ordered was pretty good actually but I just wanted to give a shout out to the delivery driver and give him a good review so whoever delivered that pizza from Highway 90 to Whispering Pines Road tonight I appreciate you
