Placed a mobile to go order 10 minutes before I arrive to the store when I got there the man over the intercom said it just came through 30 seconds ago I don’t know if it’s just the app glitching or what but the guy had so much attitude coming through the intercom.
When I pulled up to the window, he still had an attitude and said give mobile orders five minutes after you placed them and I had placed it 10 minutes prior and I had told him that I also said I don’t appreciate your tone. You had one over the intercom and you have one now and he proceeded to argue about it. I said I had placed my order 10 minutes ago and he slammed the door in my face and said get out of the drive-through while I hadn’t gotten my other item and the lady came over and gave me my drink and tried to absolve it but there is no absolving horrible customer service when it happens multiple times I’ve had problems with the store several times and I only go to it when I absolutely have to

Incredibly bad food at this Dunkin. Breakfast croissant and hash browns were soggy and overcooked! Coffee ok.

I came through this morning with an online order, placed it before I left my house and never had a problem before. I pull up to the window and the man that answered automatically had an attitude and said “The next time you place an online order can you at least do it 5 minutes before you get here?” I apologized and told him I did, I placed it before I left(I live 20 minutes away) but before I could even finish my sentence he rolls his eyes and says okay and slams the window shut.
I’m a manager at a restaurant too, and I would be horrified if any of my employees did this! That is unacceptable, I’ve never written a review before, he was just so nasty about it.

Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a while. Didn’t even finish my order. Young guy working the drive through has no manners or customer service skills at all. Couldn’t even tell me the sizes of the drinks. Just said “idk” and didn’t care to find out before I ordered. Was condescending the entire time and acted like he hated his job. Will never patronize this location again.

I walked and was never spoken to. Young man’s name was Calib . He never asked me what I wanted and when I said good afternoon he took a deep breath and sighed and stood looking at me . I placed my order and he never said anything. I said that’s all and he totaled my order and walked off to make my frozen coffee and regular coffee. I paid he never said thank you or anything. Next time I’ll walk out service is terrible and floor and table was dirty

Tatiana is so pleasant every morning-always so positive and upbeat! My order is always right (I'm here more often then I'd like to admit), and I appreciate the consistency.

Started out as a stellar customer experiece, then went south when Jonathan, the manager instructed the server NOT to give me cream on the side as I requested. Offered me the little prepackaged 18% cream and I still asked for real cream. Jonathan told the server to NOT do that, that the prepackaged is cheaper. The server started to accommodate me anyway but was directed by Jonathan to put cream directly in my coffee. I am very particular about how much cream I want which is why it is hard for others to add the right amount of cream. The outcome today? I left Dunkin Donuts in Daphne with a bitter taste in my mouth, nothing because of the under creamed coffee and the actions of the manager. I hope he saves enough on the cost of cream to off set the customers he runs off.

They were out of almost every product. When we asked why they were out the guy running the drive-thru window said he was the only one that knew how to make them and said he was too busy with the drive-thru window!!! The worst customer service I've ever seen!!!
