Complete trash. They told me my half dozen had to be an assortment. I asked why I couldn’t pick. She said “we have holiday donuts and we’re running low.” I said “ok let me get some holiday donuts.” “You can’t we are out.” ??? There are too many great locally owned donut shops nearby to waste your time and money at this place.

It took us 20 min to get thru the drive thru, only to be get food that tasted like cleaning chemicals that had to be spit out on first bite. I asked to add a coffee and was told I would have to go around again. I called and spoke to the assistant manager to let her know about the chemicals so no more people would be affected and was met with a rude attitude. Dismissed my concerns and offered to refund me if I brought a receipt but as though I was just trying to not pay for it. We were on the road and went without breakfast. Used to be a good stop. Will never be back.

They've started awkwardly hanging the POS machine out of the window so we can tip them. At the drive through. I declined the tip ONE time and immediately got a scoff and an attitude.
I've worked as a barista, a server, and a bartender, so I fully understand the argument for tipping culture in the US. The fast-food/coffee drive-through does not qualify. I can't bring myself to keep coming here for my morning coffee if I have to expect a 20% increase in cost or a rude morning experience.

This place is a joke. Went there last night and ordered a latte and the one they handed us just tasted like milk and sugar. I asked them if they could remake it with less syrup and they acted as though they couldn't. If you have to pay $6-7 for a coffee it should be how you like it. The shift leader didn't even know how to process a refund.

Walked in, they couldn’t even look up. Spent $20 on two crappy rubber bagels, and 3 dried out doughnuts, coffee and a sweet tea
The sweet tea is good , coffee isn’t bad , my advice skip the food, just order drinks. And don’t have high customer service expectations
It’s been years since I’ve been to Dunkin doughnuts, and nothing has changed. Won’t be back for another few years.

We have a family of 5 and we were on vacation we ordered at the drive thru. The person taking the order was super nice, but then because of the size of the order someone else chimed in and rudely chewed us out. They told us this was a catering order and that next time we needed to order on line. I don't appreciate the tone or the inconvenience of the request they made. That's the point of a drive thru. Will not ever go to another dunkin donut shop again. That person should be fired. If I could give no stars I would. Our order was an expensive order and they didn't want to do it. Your loss have a great day.

Every time I get a bacon egg and cheese here , this is the amount of bacon they put on it. The attitude at the window was a bit too much with the rolling of the eyes

Placed a mobile to go order 10 minutes before I arrive to the store when I got there the man over the intercom said it just came through 30 seconds ago I don’t know if it’s just the app glitching or what but the guy had so much attitude coming through the intercom.
When I pulled up to the window, he still had an attitude and said give mobile orders five minutes after you placed them and I had placed it 10 minutes prior and I had told him that I also said I don’t appreciate your tone. You had one over the intercom and you have one now and he proceeded to argue about it. I said I had placed my order 10 minutes ago and he slammed the door in my face and said get out of the drive-through while I hadn’t gotten my other item and the lady came over and gave me my drink and tried to absolve it but there is no absolving horrible customer service when it happens multiple times I’ve had problems with the store several times and I only go to it when I absolutely have to

Incredibly bad food at this Dunkin. Breakfast croissant and hash browns were soggy and overcooked! Coffee ok.

I came through this morning with an online order, placed it before I left my house and never had a problem before. I pull up to the window and the man that answered automatically had an attitude and said “The next time you place an online order can you at least do it 5 minutes before you get here?” I apologized and told him I did, I placed it before I left(I live 20 minutes away) but before I could even finish my sentence he rolls his eyes and says okay and slams the window shut.
I’m a manager at a restaurant too, and I would be horrified if any of my employees did this! That is unacceptable, I’ve never written a review before, he was just so nasty about it.
