Wow. This place needs a real manager. This place is like a sorority house. Watching the 5 girls screw around while waiting for my food was frustrating, let alone the 5 health code violations. If someone owns this place locally, you need a real manager.

99 times out of a 100 the employees are so scared of the drive thru timer that they tell u to pull forward or park off to the side no matter what. It is super annoying.

Bagels given to you are insanely tiny and made of cement. Its like they give you display bagels that are rock hard. And if you get anything toasted or cooked its absolutely coming out burnt. This location is absolutely worse than Daphne.

Two people were working. Hour and a half left till closing. Donuts were almost out. I asked one girl if they had a certain kind she said no, then I seen some other donut without a name asked what that was she told me I said oh no I was looking for another kind, I told her what kind she said oh ya we have like 4 of those left. The girls might need more training or they're just at the end of the day and just don't care

I order meal which includes coffee , egg and cheese sandwiche and I specifically told that I don’t won’t bacon in my sandwich but they added and give to me but before I leave cashier call me and told that there is bacon in sandwich so I am going to change so I was really happy that he gave me new sandwich but when I came home there piece bacon in my sandwich so that mean they didn’t make the new one just took out half of pieces. This is really bad and I can not trust this location as they do anything with your food and may give you mix food and give any left over food in your order. I am in not sure they handing food properly or not

If you want hard doughnuts, terrible service and your order incorrect this is your place! Then get a lemonade and was obviously sour like it had been sitting out for two days, and they take the drink back put sugar in it and hand it back to you. The worst Dunkin in the county by far.

Burnout kids couldn't make a latte to save their lives. For a whopping 30 bucks we got 4 shots of burnt espresso mixed with chipped ice topped with whip.. and one large cup of chocolate milk. This was absolutely the worst pitstop we ever made. The donuts were awful too.
