The subs were made very well, but the cashier lady took our order wrong, so we got the wrong customization. We only asked to remove the pickles, but all the vegetables were removed, and the pickles were on the side of our subs…??

The tuna sub is good, one of the best. The atmosphere was ok but could use a little cleaning. I did appreciate that this was one of the larger locations that I have visited. The cashier was very warm and made you feel comfortable, but the staff that was making a sandwiches were just so so. All in all I would come back again to buy another sub.

This is the Firehouse Subs by Fresh Market and it was excellent. One of the best sandwiches I've had at Firehouse Subs and a little bit. It was generous toppings and the young man working there and the lady were very very nice.

Went today so my granddaughter could get a free sandwich b/c her name started with the letter of the day. She's 9 and has no ID. They said, "Well, I guess you're out of luck." We explained she's too young to have an ID, and they said, "That's our rule." They then said we could bring her birth certificate instead. Wow.
When we said we didn't want to argue about a sandwich, they went on: "Well, why do you care then at all then?"
Never will go back. If that's their rule, then why doesn't Firehouse enforce it? On their own national FB page, customers said their branches didn't ask for ID for children. They could at least avoid being so rude and demeaning if they aren't going to do so.
Definitely not family- or kid-friendly.
