The dining room was filthy. There was trash all over the floor, the drink machine looked like it has never been wiped down and I ordered an Italian but for some reason there was marinara sauce all over my bread. I have no idea how you all got 99 on your inspection.

Greeted me as I walked in to get 2 mobile orders that were ready AND THEY WERE BUSY! I grabbed the 2 orders off the mobile shelf and 2 of the staff thanked me for my biz and wished me a good night while making sandwiches! I am in customer service. Very nice!!!!

Terrible. Hostile, take it or leave it attitude from all employees except the young lady taking orders. Hope the franchisee does some secret shopping soon to see how these people are running the investment. Friends leaving positive reviews to offset bad ones and a pact of everyone sticking to our story will only go so far. Store owner, please poke your nose in there and see how customers are treated when they ask a question.

Ordered (2) large meatball subs without bread and (2) pickles each. Expecting trays with pickles, meatballs, and cheese with sauce. They put the meatballs in cups (short 3 meatballs) and did not give the 4 pickles. After stating what was expected vs what was received, attitude by the employees was the result. The manager refused to give a district manager contact and stated that they were correct in what was given to us very rudely. I cannot imagine Firehouse Subs Company would be okay with the customer service we received! We questioned why this order was different from our norm, and they dripped with complete disrespect and hostile emotion. In short, go down the road a few miles and bypass Malbis!

Always love Firehouse subs! The Captain's Cub is my current favorite. Gotta have it on the garlic toasted bread! That was an awesome flavor enhancement they've added to their lineup! The meatball sub is always popular with the younger crowd in the family. The guys at the Malbis location have gone above and beyond more than once during my visits! 💪
Stopping through town and got a Turkey bacon ranch. They make it soooo good. Just had to stop and leave a bomb review. Love you guys!!

Hadn't been in for about a year or so, it was excellent back then. NOT ANYMORE!! We stopped to dine in on June 28th 2025 around 5:15. We were not greeted, the tables were all dirty, we got water from the coke machine and paper towels to clean one off. We complained about there being no steak on the one sandwich and the girl behind counter said it's because I put most of it all on one half, what? My beef brisket had plenty, but my husband's steak had hardly any. Thirty one dollars for 2 med subs, chips and drink and one isn't acceptable is just sad. They offered to remake but said it would be the same. We asked for our money back twice before we took one bite and was ignored. Two women talking non stop behind counter and the girl at cash register and a guy in the back and not a clean table. What has happened to Customer Service??
