We came in at 350pm. Waited over 15 mins. Never got acknowledged or waited on — woman came in and sat at the bar, guess what she got a glass of red wine and a glass of water. We never got a waitress at ALL! I will never come back again— we were excited to come back for some good food and service— really disappointed on how we were treated. If they had said SOMETHING about a delay we might have stayed!!! But again we will not return.

Had dinner with hubby tonight. We had a choose your toppigs pizza. The pizza was delicious, service was excellent. Very nice friendly atmosphere. Real laid back and homey. We look forward to going back soon. Big shout out to our lovely server, Haley. Great job, we'll be back.

Gretta is an angel, and the food is always delicious!! You must try the cannolis!!! Janino's feels like a home away from home
The food was terrific and the service exceptional. I've had Janino's Pizza through delivery before but never visited the restaurant until tonight. I've been missing out! I'll definitely be back soon.

Went for lunch today and was blown away by the service. Aaron was our server and he was the only one there. He was making the food, taking orders, refilling drinks, and cleaning up all by himself. The service was exceptional. We never had an empty cup, the food came out quickly and was amazing (we ordered breadsticks, pasta with marinara and meatballs, and the hot and spicy italian sandwich). Aaron was very personable and made sure we had everything we needed and that everything tasted good. We were one of 4 tables in there, one table was a larger party, and Aaron made sure everyone was taken care of in a timely manner. And the food was very affordable. We will definitely be going back.

First and last time ordering from here. I placed an online order and came to pick it up at the time given. As I'm walking to the door I get a text saying my order is ready. I give the girl at the counter my name and she checks the completed orders and goes back in the kitchen. She comes out and says it's not ready yet. I show her the text saying my order is ready and she goes back in the kitchen, comes out and says they're just packaging it up. 10 minutes later I asked her if it was ready and she goes in the back again and a few minutes later comes back with the manager. I've been there for 20 minutes at this point. The manager asks me to show her the text, so I show her. She then spends another 5 minutes looking for my order. She finally comes out and tells me they gave my order to someone else. What's weird about that is that no one picked up food after I got the text saying it was ready. It's been a half hour now so I said just give me a refund as this is just too much of a hassle to pick up a simple order of pasta. So I start to leave and the manager and the cook come out and say at least let us make you something. Not wanting to turn this into an hour long ordeal, I said no thank you, just refund my $17.99. The manager said we'll still refund you and make you what ever you want. The cook said it would only be 5 minutes. I said all I wanted was what I ordered. 10 minutes later I got my food and the manager said the owner would process the refund the next day. Total time to pick up my order that should have been ready 52 minutes. I was lied to several times about the status of my order, and was told I would be refunded several times. Needless to say, no refund was given. I was not looking for a free meal as i first declined but when she insisted and told it would only be 5 minutes I agreed. There are many dining choices on the Eastern Shore and every one of them will treat you better.
