I highly recommend this location for your last minute catering needs! I came in at about 12pm on a Friday in a bind and in need of catering. The team at this location went out of their way to make sandwiches for 24 people without hesitation or warning! I am so thankful for the staff including Robby, Rei, Dalton, and Joon. They truly saved the day, and I appreciate all of their hard work!

Meh. Sandwiches don’t compare with competitors. Bacon on my BLT was limp and cold. Not a big fan of their bread. Staff is mostly ok, nothing to get excited about. The place is clean though, and the service was good overall as far as receiving my order correctly.

Ordered delivery for the second time (first time was a year ago) only to get a call 30 mins later telling me yet again they have no drivers but I can pick it up. If I wanted to pick up I would have placed my order for pick up… Stop taking delivery orders if you have no drivers. I see I’m not the only one complaining about this. Also my money is taken right out for my order but takes forever to be put back in my account. Don’t accept the payment unless you have drivers! I love jimmy johns but this location is not it. Change your website for this location to be able to accept the payment IF you have drivers. Everyone is short staffed but I’ve had a few places tell me BEFORE accepting my payment if they can’t deliver. No freaky fast with this location. Airport location in mobile is SO much better

Food was amazing and staff were nice, but when I ordered I was told no drivers were available. I was still charged delivery and tip that I had to get refunded even though I had to go get it myself.

As others have said, the service at this location is not up to par, particularly delivery service. About 75% of the time you order for delivery, you will soon get a call saying they have no driver, short staffed or other excuses. In the most recent case, they accepted a delivery order and I waited for over an hour and had to call them to find out what was going on. Of course, no delivery driver. Please just stop accepting delivery orders.The dine-in and driver-thru is not much better. My most recent drive-thru visit, they refused to take the order at the intercom location and insisted I pull up to the window to order. I have no idea why, the intercom was working fine. So every customer had to order at the window and wait for them to make that order before they'd move on to taking the next order. Horribly inefficient, it took about 25 minutes to serve 3 customers. Not so "Freaky Fast".
