Didn't get food due to very limited menu items and prices were very high for what little they offered. I was getting dripped on from the ac unit and the waitress acted like it was a known issue that they would just switch our table with someone else so we left before ordering. I'm sure water building up in the ac system causes moldy environments.

The Food was excellent and I will give this place another chance. But!! My wife, daughter and I had reservations last Thursday for 6pm to celebrate my birthday. When we arrived, we entered an empty restaurant and were coldly “greeted” by someone we think may have been the manager or owner asking us if we had a reservation. We didn’t know whether to walk out or sit down. The whole aura of the place was off and we all felt it. However, when our waitress eventually came over, she was very nice. And again, the food was excellent. But the atmosphere was still very cool, even when we exited the restaurant. No “Thank you, please come back”, nada!! I am not one that usually complains, but I confirmed my suspicion when we came to New Orleans. I am in New Orleans this weekend, still celebrating my birthday. The Kitchen on Main needs to send their staff to New Orleans to learn the art of hospitality. If you can’t afford the training in New Orleans, then the staff (and owner!) can go to any chick-fil-a location. They will teach you. You really do deserve overall 5-stars if you make this major change to show you really care.

My husband and I went here for our first time and we didn't have a reservation. We walked in and waited before anyone said anything to us. We were then asked if we had a reservation after we said we didn’t the waitress was super rude.
We ordered the crab claws and the steak and frites. The crab claw were okay, we weren’t super impressed. The steak had no seasoning. We’ve heard such great things about this place. We were overall just super disappointed with the services we received.
Had a very nice anniversary dinner. Made a reservation and the table welcomed with us with the cute message:)
Food was perfect and atmosphere was quiet and very nice room!
