I don't even like the look of the building. Don't go here. Unhealthy cold takes forever and who taught the drive thru people to NOT speak AT ALL to customers??

It took 40 minutes to get one iced caramel macchiato. I had no other items just a drink and they served so many other people before me i had to go up to the front and ask for a refund but they said it's sitting right there and walked away. Really frustrating service. Really upset with the service.

We sat in the drive thru over 30 minutes before we could get out of line. They must have had one person working. They lost a lot of business.
I know over dozens of cars sat in line then finally backed up and drove off. Hopefully it was a one time experience. Had to get food somewhere else.

I would rate this place a 0 star if I could… I had an online order that I paid for through their app and whenever I arrived the lady says “Our systems are down” I told her what I ordered and she just looked at me like I was stupid. Note I had already paid for my meal and so apparently they couldn’t give it to me. Never coming back here again..

Lots of lazy employees outside smoking pot. The whole place smells nasty.

I don’t know what it is with this McDonald’s but if you try to go here on your lunch break, good luck trying to get food and eat in the 30 minutes you have to do so. Every single time I come here it’s the SLOWEST crawl I’ve ever seen at a McDonalds. No matter what time of day you cannot get in and out in a timely manner whatsoever. The drive through line is consistently backed up, people waiting at the talk box 5-10 minutes just to place an order and then having to sit and wait for the food to come out is another few minutes. You’ll literally be sitting in the drive through waiting for your food for close to 30 minutes no matter what time of day. Does this McDonald’s not have enough people??? Do they not have food prepped and ready to go??? It’s absolutely ridiculous. This is a daily occurrence and I’m surprised that management/ownership has no care to fix this. This is the closest place to my work to get food at so I come here and have been for years and I swear to god, it’s literally every. Single. Time. That I can’t get in and out in a few minutes. I’m writing this as I’m sitting in the drive through for the last 15 minutes waiting to get just to the box. The car in front of me has been waiting 10 minutes to place their order. Others are fed up and speeding out of the parking lot. This is ridiculous and management needs to change something about this.

The fries were overcooked and you can tell the oil was old. Sandwiches looked sloppy out together. They had no ice, the bathrooms were not available, overall I would say they need some improvement. The workers were pleasant and sweet though.

Every time I come here and request no cheese on my sandwich, they put it on. Tonight I came and checked my sandwich, it had cheese so I pulled around again and asked them to remake it, they did, I pulled off and AGAIN it had cheese on it! I swear they either don't listen or just don't care. I didn't bother to ask for it to be remade again, I just picked it off and tossed it in the parking lot. What a joke. These are the people that want $20 an hour but they don't deserve it; can't ever read the screen and put out what is ordered. Fail

What didn’t go wrong? We knew going into the establishment, that this particular McDonald’s wasn’t great to begin with. And let’s honest our expectations were already low. It’s McDonald’s, not a 5 star restaurant. Firstly, we walked in to a ladder on the drink counter, and water all over the floor, and shop vacs going. We walk up to the kiosk to order our food, it doesn’t take our card, and told us to take the receipt that I DID NOT print out to the counter. We get to the counter, she swipes my card, then immediately tells us that they are out of burritos and offered us the shittiest option on the menu. So we told them to give us a refund. The lady walked away, and came back 5 minutes later to tell us they actually do have burritos. Once we got our order we should have checked, but realized after the fact that they did not give us the additional hash browns we ordered and there was some sort of weird substance all over the contents of the bag. If I could give a negative review I would.

Well, I went to McDonald’s again today is Sunday, February 2, 2025 and I got there at 8:45 PM and guess what nobody come to the window nobody come to the drive-through nobody even come to the door. They were sitting back laughing and carrying on, we sat there for a good 30 minutes before we decided to decide to hell with it and went to Burger King. I called them. They finally answered the phone and said that they were having technical difficulties. There was only three people in the store and I was expressing my concern told him that we almost called the police because we were worried about their safety because no phone no door no nothing you know what I’m saying. They didn’t answer. Nothing mind you OK and they were like oh we’re good he and hung upbut yeah if they’re so good why aren’t they doing their job think about it I would think twice before you go to McDonald’s
