Can't get orders correct. Waited 15 minutes on frozen drinks. Food was cold before drinks were ready. 2 of 4 orders incorrect.

I’ve been to this location a dozen or so times and I’ve always left feeling slightly disappointed. I don’t think the fries have ever been fresh, or even warm, once. I don’t get how other McDonald’s locations can be so good and this one can be so bad. I avoid this one and if I’m feeling McDonald’s will drive way out of my way to go to better one.

There service is very slow..the manger or assistant manger a guy is very slow doesn't greet you at the front desk.Looks at you and walks away.He did that to cut several customers.If people walked out at the store, that is pitiful.

The kiosk machines are a little bit confusing.It's like it's not letting you pay out your order, okay. Then you go to stand in line and wait for someone for 10 minutes and they don't even come and they see you. And there's only two people in the host store a few at the window, and that's it, I think that's really slow when there's about 7 worker.
I won't go there again

Who Cares

Ordered 2 Hamburgers via app. Waited inside additional 10-15 minutes, (no other customers) got 2 badly prepared hamburgers with 1 of 2 inedible. Definetely a McDonald's to avoid.

At the double drive through me and another person sat for 5 minutes at each drive through without anyone taking our order. I finally just had to order off the mobile app I guess to get someone’s attention. Employees out in the parking lot hanging out. Terrible service. This seems to be a manager issue not enforcing the rules McDonalds has in place. It is easy to see nobody is taking pride in their job here, manager nor employee and I will not return to this particular McDonalds.
1/24/25 arrived at 8:55 p.m.
Placed mobile order for Happy Meal and Cheeseburger at 9:00 p.m.
received food at 9:21 p.m.
I am highly upset.

Worst trash McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Placed an order on the app and get to the restaurant and they closed early because they are lazy. Someone told me to pull forward and the manager would talk to me. I waited 10 mins and pulled off and 4 workers were outside chilling at the door.

The manager, a young man with a severe attitude problem, was visibly flustered by the people waiting for food, and decided being rude was the best thing to do. People were waiting over 30 minutes for food inside, while they were just making drive thru orders. I ordered while I was at home in Loxley, drove up there, and waited another 20 minutes. Manager just sets bags of food down without saying anything, so several people have to check the bag. If that young man doesn't like his job, GET RID OF HIM!!! HE IS RUDE, and the food was cold.

It’s 10:55. They close at 11. We stopped by hoping to get some food real quick on the way in from a late flight. They can’t be bothered to help anyone.
