“I can say nothing but good things about the office staff at the colonnade. Angela assisted me and my husband with every single question we had about the community and eased our minds about all of our concerns. She was quick to follow up with us and easy to talk to. We weren’t able to move into the apartment that we’d applied for due to a death in the family, but we are so grateful for the experience that we’d had so far with the colonnade, and are truly saddened that we won’t be able to join the community. I am also in apartment property management, and I can happily say that the pricing is wonderful for the area, the community is beautiful, the few residents that we interacted with were delightful, and we also have family who’d lived here in the past who raved about the staff’s kindness, promptness, and eager-to-help attitude. If you’re looking for somewhere in the Eastern Shore area to rent, you cannot go wrong with this place. We toured nearly every apartment community in town, and none came close in comparison!!❤️“
