Visited Mellow Mushroom @ the Daphne location- Saturday 04.13.24Ordered 2-Specialty Burgers, which took approximately 1.5 Hrs(There was a new cook, that mixed up our orders) The manager came to out table and explained the Problem (who was very courteous) and explained she would discount our bill—When finishing dinner, we got the bill and noticed the “Big” discount of $4.00 off on a $30.00 BillThe bill should have been (Totally Comp’ed, or Discounted 1/2 Price)On the Bill it indicated “Employee Discount” for the $4.00 offNote to the Manager: please don’t insult your guest with a minimum discount——We rather not get “Anything” offWe are regular customers @ the Foley Location (this type of Service has never Happened)Thanks Management——Job Well Done

This place was busy, food is as always. The service was slow but still okay! Super nice server!
A large party came in and totally disrupted their kitchen which tells me they don’t know how to stage work. There was only 12 tables sat and no one had any food and all had been waiting quite a while.
