Food is hit or miss, though there is almost always something wrong. You would think a chain pizza place would have set measurements for cheese, toppings, and sauce. It doesn’t seem like this location does.
Worse than the food is the service. Usually there is one employee that seems like they care (out of 7-10) and it isn’t the management. They also struggle with making a pizza on time. It is nothing to order pickup on the way home from work 30 minutes in advance and still have to wait another 20+ after you get there. This is despite a supposed 30 minute time on the website. Delivery isn’t much better as we had had pizzas take an hour and a half to get to the house from order, despite a 45 minute time being shown. Then the pizzas are cold or even wrong.
I don’t say avoid Papa John’s. I just suggest avoiding this specific location.

I enjoyed dinner here this evening. The food was exceptionally delicious, and it provided a wonderful atmosphere for socializing. It certainly seems to be a prominent establishment in the Spanish Fort center.

Great pizza. Excellent quality. The staff is very friendly, Tiffany the GM and Sydney, the Assistant GM are fantastic, and super friendly. The delivery is also very fast and professional. Hands down the best pizza place on the Eastern Shore.

I ordered two pizzas and an order of cheese sticks and got the email & text order was received and being made , I never received anymore texts about my delivery, when I checked the tracker it did progress and actually said it was out for delivery, for like 30 minutes, then I checked it again and it said it was delivered…it was not . It is 12:30 A.M. and I never received my order or any further communication regarding the order

Pizza was majority crust, sprinkle of toppings and hardly any cheese. And they were kind enough to add a rotten pepper in the box...eww!! Pizza sauce tipped over and spilled in cheesestick box and lid wouldnt close. She didnt even try to close the box just handed it to me. Sauce spilled everywhere on the half cooked cheesesticks and she says "oh, want another sauce?"Every employee was sitting down when I walked in so obviously making pizza was an inconvenience tonight

I just called to confirm where they were located and what was next to them because the directions kept taking me to a church they kept asking if it was okay to put me on hold and when I said no I just have a quick question immediately put me on hold I'm not sure why they asked if it wasn't a real question.
