Papa Johns has gone downhill. They're just above Dominos now quality wise but way more expensive. The "large" is a joke for the price.

This Papa John's Pizza has proven to be reliable or with order accuracy and quick with delivery. Recently, Pizza Hut has been outsourcing their delivery driving to third party services, which has caused me to make the switch to Papa John's as my go-to for pizza.

Ordered a half pepperoni and half cheese, light sauce, well done. Got a whole pepperoni, heavy sauce and not well done. The label on the box was correct but the pizza was not. This is simply having staff not taking the time to read the orders correctly. One thing I could overlook, but for all three requests to be wrong shows a lack of caring. Last time here.

Figured out why they have a low rating can I get some cheese on my pizza next time and maybe some mushrooms that we paid for . Paid for extra sauces didn't get those either so make sure you check if you pickup from here.

This location has trouble following simple instructions, such as “Square cut”. Also, they must be having financial issues because the toppings were…..sparse to say the least. Crazy for a 50+ dollar order.Also they have trouble checking the sauce cups to make sure the seals are not broken.Fairhope Location is sadly better. I will travel there next time I want pizza.

Have only had Delivery from them. Delivery was always quick and the pizza is great. Hmmm!! Makes we want to call Papa John's right now. LOL I'm not kidding. All this talk of pizza is making me hungry. And by the way, you can earn Papa John's Dough. Money that is. I already have $10 worth of credit just for ordering delicious pizza. C'mon people, you can't go wrong with Papa John's. Hey Papa John's, I have 27 years experience delivering pizza pizza. Let me know if you need a driver. New to Alabama and need something to keep busy. LOL

Pizza was great. Purchased a 2 liter, tipped well, never received the 2 liter at delivery. Called the manager and she said the driver would run it back out. Said 2 liter never arrived.

Not sure yet how food is, Tiffany at Papa John pleasant and understanding, ambiance good in my house. This concerns the delivery service. Driver never rang doorbell, knocked nothing. Called Papa Johns 45 minutes after ordered and they said it should be there soon.. went outside to check and delivery left on ground ... the ants had a Feild day called Pepperidge Farm!! Not good for humans day. Called up customer service for grub hub pleasant as well refund on its way ... had to reorder this time picked up by self!! Lesson learned!
