Popeyes can be a hit or miss, but this location typically gets it right most of the time. My order was hot and fresh. The food was AMAZING!!! Even the leftovers the next day was delicious. The staff is typically really nice. I mostly order online and go through the drive thru. No complaints at all.

I don’t know if the workers are hungry or not being paid enough to eat, but this isn’t the first time I’ve been shorted on food coming here. I got a 5 piece and they gave me 4. The last time I got a 5 piece tenders and they gave me 3. And I’ve been told the same thing by family that has come to this location. Is there someone eating the missing pieces in the back? I could care less about the chicken, it’s the principle. Whether it’s stealing or ignorance I don’t care, just do the right thing or do better for the people spending money here. I don’t want to post this review, I’d rather just like coming here and getting what I paid for, but it’s happened too many times.

I don’t live in Daphne but I make it a mission to go to this Popeyes EVERY time I visit. We usually DoorDash from here. As most people know, DoorDashing food can be a hit or miss. This is the best Popeyes I’ve ever been to dine in, take out, or DoorDash. Delicious every time. You can tell the workers care about the food they serve to people. Keep doing what you’re doing !

I ordered through the app and got the T-Mobile Tuesday deal of three chicken tenders for $3. The tenders were cold, very hard, and mostly breading. I also ordered mac n cheese, fries, and a biscuit. The fries and biscuit were good but the mac n cheese was dried out and a half cup. The cashier also wasn’t friendly at all. I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS LOCATION AGAIN!

They have been slipping as of late with a good many mistakes on the orders I've made.
HORRIBLE LOCATION PLEASE CLOSE IT DOWN!! I have tried to go here consistently for years now and every time I have been given horrible service, or given the wrong order. Waited an hour for my mobile order that was ready the entire time and refused to give us a refund. The manager and staff all have horrible attitudes and every single one of them have very obviously have never worked in customer service. I’ve worked in restaurants for almost a decade and I have NEVER said “I dont know who youre talking to” to a CUSTOMER??? The MANAGER said that!! Please just close this location there’s literally no hope for these miserable people

Sometimes, they are on their game, and Sometimes they are not. They have finally got the idea that not all people like gravy on their potatoes, so it's not a big deal when I order them without it. I normally have to check my order before I leave to make sure it's all there and correct because if I don't, it always seems to be wrong when I get home.
