Travelling through town on I10 and this place is worth the short drive down interstate. Awesome smash burger. Parm truffle fries were hot and had lots of flavor. Sushi was very good. Very friendly staff and amazing service. Will definitely stop when we roll through town next time.

Rayza's is one of our absolute favorite restaurants! We went again a couple days ago for our daughter's 18th birthday. It was her choice right off the bat. Everything was fantastic! We had bulgogi beef, seared scallops, steak miso soup, pork belly and seaweed salad! All of it the very best! We had bday cake waiting for us at home but we had to get a piece of that white chocolate bread pudding to go! Also a must try- the hamachi ponzu!!!! So delicious!! Owner is a genuinely super nice guy! He personally wished our daughter a happy birthday as did the staff. We can't wait to go back!

Wandered in here for lunch with my daughter after unloading at CubeSmart. What a pleasant surprise. The interior is quite modern and attractive. We were greeted by a friendly young man who showed us to our table and took our drink orders which were served almost immediately. Daughter ordered the salmon bowl and I ordered miso soup and tempura shrimp rolls. The miso soup was perfect and the tempura shrimprolls were excellent. My daughter said the salmon bowl was delicious. Highly recommend Rayza’s.

We had a wonderful experience here! Food was good, like everyone was saying. You can't really go wrong. Even for someone who doesn't care for sushi, there is something you will like on the menu. Obviously the sushi here is the highlight!

Pretty good sushi restaurant. The rolls we ordered were very good, and quite large. If you are coming for dinner on Friday/Saturday, make sure to get a reservation. We went early and the place really filled up fast.

So noisy we wanted to leave but because there were good reviews we wanted to give it a try.... We ordered sushis with crab and had surimi!! And they tried to explain to me that surimi was a kind of fish!! Such a shame! No dignity to lie to their customers and on top tried to consider them as dumbs! I therefore consider they are liars and thieves! Never again and I honestly don't understand the good reviews except if people have no knowledge...?

If you decide to come here, which I hope this review helps do, you are in for a treat. The hostess was a little wonky. But other than that. EVERYTHING was perfect. Starting with the service. The server was the bartender too from what I could tell. She was extremely kind, friendly, and personable. Recommended a special to my girlfriend that wasn’t on the menu or written on the daily special. It was phenomenal. It was named after their sponsor or partner on the bottom left of the menu, if you’re interested. I ordered the nigiri sampler and it was the best sushi I’ve ever had. In my life. We also had the truffle fries for an appetizer. WOW. Wish it was possible to be served with something other than ketchup on the side but nonetheless it was DIVINE. Lastly the cocktail I ordered, the “Cucumber Collins” was, no exaggeration, the best cocktail I’ve ever had. Homemade cucumber syrup. Not too sweet, not to earthy from the cucumber. If you go anytime, keep in mind they take reservations. Not always necessary during the week but they encourage it.

Appetizer was a lobster spring roll. Amazing red dragon and black dragon sushi rolls. The housemade strawberry balsamic ice cream was out of this world, and deeply flavorful. Book a reservation if you want a dinner table. We walked in and sat at the Sushi Bar. Owner is very personable. Lydia was our server. Service was great. We will be back.

Great food and great service. Everyone is really nice and friendly and everything Chef Rayza is putting out is delicious. I love the Salmon Belly Nigiri, Hamachi Collar, I really could go on and on. Just do me a favor and same room for dessert because the also have some of the best desserts around. I personally think they make the best bread pudding but everything is delicious.

Quite Marvelous

Don't mind me. It's just a random Monday morning and I find myself here on Google, looking to see when this little jewel of a restaurant will open again. Tuesday you say? I'll be there! Everything about this place is wonderful. It is a quaint location that reminds me of NYC fine dining: fast pace, personable service, exquisite flavors. Even on a busy night, the staff was attentive and kind. I'm a people watcher because I care about the full experience. Delighted. It was a delightful experience and I anticipate many visits. Their menu is diverse and though I've only had 3 sushi rolls, two appetizers, and THEEEEE BREAD PUDDING...I would definitely recommend any item offered. Now, let me go pull out tomorrow's Rayza wardrobe in preparation for my return. I think I shall try the Alabama roll.

Surprisingly bad and stands out among bad dining experiences. We ordered four dishes. The two sushi rolls were small and flavorless. The truffle fries were decent, but the brussel sprouts were atrocious and inedible due to being soaked in vinegar and bitter soy sauce. I mean they were swimming in black liquid and were so sour my eyes watered. I should have sent them back, but I felt embarrassed because of the fancy atmosphere. The whole meal was so bad it would be funny if we weren't out $70. I will warn my friends.
