This Rouses offers fair prices, a decent variety, and kind staff. However, you often have to wade through aggressive folks doing fundraisers outside of the store. Just this evening my wife pulled into Rouses, saw several folks asking for donations outside of the store, and drove across the street to Aldi's. More often than not, we are aggressively hounded by organizations when we try to grocery shop at this location.

Love this Rouses Market! Gabriel was helpful and customer orientated! He saw the checkout line getting long and offered to check us out at the service desk. He was personable and kind. The store is very clean and well stocked with the items that are on sale. Great prices too!

This store is so awesome, I may just move the wife to Alabama so it’s closer. Everything else has become so homogenized, but dag gum you know when step foot in Rouses. It’s open and inviting, beautifully merchandised without being crowded. Amazing fresh produce, huge expansive alcohol section, meat and seafood not found anywhere else at prices that are reminiscent of times of yore, tons of local dry goods, and low rise shelves so you don’t have to be a yogi or a giant to reach the top shelf. Total wins were finding turtle and duck breast.
My husband called this store asking about seafood. The young man who answered politely offered to go check on the item he was asking about, after no one answered the seafood line the first go around. While holding for the polite young man, VANESSA, Customer Service representative, picked up the phone, and rudely told my husband they were busy, and the young man did not have time to be running back there to check for us. She hung up on him while my husband was speaking. My husband waited a few minutes, and called back. Vanessa answered. Again, stating she was customer service. My husband asked her, “Really? You’re customer service?” She promptly hung up on him again. She gives customer service reps a bad name.

Windsor a very bright young man invited me to hear about breast cancer and tell me about the monthly donation. I was very impressed with Windsor's authentic and sincere disposition. I did not realize how prevalent breast cancer is in not only wemon women so I gladly signed up for the monthly donation.
