I Frequent this location several times throughout the week for myself and my puppyand they started charging me for pup cups.
I called to ask why they started doing that out of the blue but they couldn’t give me a valid reason. I’ll just go to Starbucks because they never charge for pup cups.

I went to the one on hwy 98 in Daphne June 22, 2023 through the drive thru around 5pm ordered 2 watermelon smoothie the car in front of me took at least 15-20 minutes and when it was all over only received 1 smoothie and soon as I got to the window the girl asked what I ordered and just told her nevermind and drove to the one on hwy 90 in Daphne where they haven't disappointed me yet that's where I will continue to go for now on

They advertise that they close at 9 PM however at 8:43 PM I was not able to order though drive through. Two people inside, open sign was on, but nothing. Went to park and walk in but they turned the sign off. Felt like this was poor customer service.

Horrible service at this location. Ordered 15 minutes before I arrived, when I got there there was 1 car in drive through, no one inside. Watched one lady with a mobile order come in , she got her order. Waited for 15 minutes for my order and literally Heard one of the girls say to the other girl that online orders don’t even matter because the people aren’t there to pick them up. (Isn’t the point of ordering your order online so it will actually be READY on arrival??When I asked 15 minutes in if my order was ready yet the girl at the front just gave me an attitude and looked at me with a death stare and told me that she’ll have it ready as soon as she can. July 26 1:30 - check your employees because they are going to cost you business. Seriously ridiculous for a smoothie. Was treated like I wasn’t even there!

Extremely disappointed with the service I received today. I put in an online order 15 minutes prior to getting to the store. Once I arrived, a young lady started working on my order, which was completely fine. I understand making smoothies and bowls can be time consuming and of course places of business do get busy. I didn’t mind waiting until she proceeded to loudly complain right in front of me. Several loud “UGHHHHSSS” and an “oh my God ughhh”. I could even hear her in the back when she went to let out “Ugh”. Once the two bowls were done about 10 min later she called me up for the order. I apologized to the girl for being such an inconvenience and she let me know that “it’s was okay, they had just been really busy that day.” I informed her that I work in a restaurant as well that is busy, but I don’t complain in front of my customers. She cut me off to tell me to have a nice day.So sad that they offer great products, but people like this ruin it. In my opinion, if you are inconvenienced by working at Smoothie King, life isn’t going to get much better for you.

Smoothies are always great but this particular location may want to reconsider their customer service training. I walked in and stood at the counter for at least 2 minutes and nobody said anything to me . There was no other customers in the store and there were 3 employees behind the counter. I will go to the one in Spanish Fort from now on

I went here last night for the first time (new to the area) and I was absolutely blown away not only by how delicious my smoothie was but the young lady who helped me was absolutely amazing. She had great customer service, she was knowledgeable, gave great recommendations and was so kind. I am so sorry I missed your name but if you are her parents or boss please be proud of this young lady, she is remarkable.*side note she was the one working the register inside, blonde, just as sweet as could be. Thank you and I can't wait to go back.

They like to close 20 minutes early before the scheduled close time and just sit behind the counter.
