Went for the Peppermint Mocha and they were out. I had to wait almost 20 minutes online only to find out after it was out. They should post signs alerting customers so they don't have to wait for nothing 😔

Our window server was a real ray of sunshine! We used a gift card and sent the $8 bal to the car behind....fun road trip stop. Coffee and egg bites.

Customer service at this location is absolutely horrible. We set in line in front of the intercom for 8 minutes never once acknowledged us. We ended up pulling up to find out the employee was hanging out the drive thru window talking with what looked like friends. Horrible experience do better.

I wish I had the surveillance footage of me leaving every day. I ALWAYS come out smiling! The staff and I know one another by name and my day is always a little better after I leave.

Horrible customer service set in line at the intercom for over 7 minutes not once did anyone acknowledge it. Pulled around and notice they were too busy talking with people in the drive thru line to take orders.

As someone who used to work at another Starbucks, it’s disappointing going to this location or dealing with the baristas here. The customer connections are 100% not there. Just today I placed an order for the main purpose of getting a pup cup for my dog. When I called to request this they said there was no way to do this. As someone who used to work there, I was always taught that the baristas should do anything to go above and beyond for the customers. I was even willing to pay extra for it to be put in a tall cup for pick up. Nope. I never knew ringing in a tall cup (empty) and hitting the whip cream button was so hard. I did that for several cars when I worked at a different location. Shame, even when I left the company my manager begged me to stay or even just transfer to this location. My response to her was “I don’t even like going there as a customer, let alone an employee.” Yikes, that was a year ago and this location still stinks with customer service.
