I recently sent my Dad to (because I have COVID) my local Starbucks and was impressed by the exceptional service. I requested a drink not on the menu, and the barista eagerly crafted something special for me. She even took the phone from my father to try and get the drink right. She suggested a unique flavor combination and nailed it. This experience highlighted the value of a personalized drink. Thank you to the girl who guided my 74 year old father through Starbucks.
