This Subway does not even deserve one star, the Gas station it is excellent. I will go there anytime. They do not own the SUBWAY®. It is a privately owned franchise, and the owner of it is just simply unprofessional and rude. They’re constantly closing down and they cannot keep Staff. The vegetables that they put on the sandwiches is brown, especially the lettuce.

This subway is slow as Christmas and rude they never answer the phone and when u order through DoorDash they make the dasher wait for ur order for over an hour then it is delivered cold and when u complain they don’t do anything about it like really look subway fix your store u need to restock your employees and get people who really wanna work not just play and chat with boys all day….

I tried to give this Subway a chance. I asked the employee if the Titan turkey only gets six pieces of turkey on it then what does the regular turkey sub have? They skimp on everything. Horrible slow service no eye contact from the workers, slimey lettuce (all produce really) I am respectful to the workers, but I always leave mad and disappointed in the lack of respect and work ethic. If I am spending money, I at least want a ‘hello’ or some kind of basic human decency. Actually, worst customer service I have ever experienced

the food is good but the guy who is working every time my boyfriend and i come in it takes us more than 15 minutes to get 2 very simple subs. I my self used to work at subway and i was told you are supposed to have customers in and out in 2 minutes. mind you there is usually never anyone in front of us.

Subway tastes like subway the food wasn’t bad. It was the employees they were all rude.Ignored us as we walked in. We stood there a good 7 minutes while someone washed dishes in the hand washing sink. And another guy cutting vegetables. None of which should have affected someone from saying welcome to subway we will be with you in a moment. I went to the restroom while my friend remained the only person inline. I returned still nothing as I’m about to walk out the lady turns around. Says what do you need? Smh we ordered I should have just left.One thing I do is tip someone that serves me food. Even at fast food not only restaurants. I never understood why people don’t do that but needless to say. Subway did not get any tips from me that day! Be kind people!

This afternoon I needed a last minute party tray for a baby shower. In desperation I called the store and spoke to the owner, Mr. Tim Ellzey, and asked if he could help.He said he was away from the store but would have his staff begin immediately!His staff member Blake did such a wonderful job with preparing my order. He was kind, spoke respectfully and put great care into my order.Everything turned out perfect and was a hit at the baby shower!It’s really refreshing to be tended to in the way that I was today. I will definitely be back!A very special thank you to Blake and Mr. Ezlley! You two saved the day!

I've been to this Subway multiple times in the past & food & service was good. Went today for a footlong roast beef and a footlong rotisserie chicken. They were out of both. Substituted ham & turkey instead. The spinach was standing in water & nasty. Asked for fresh spinach. It was an ordeal but finally got fresh spinach on both sandwiches.
