Not satisfied. First impressions. As I walk in it's dark, dirty and in a disarray. It needs updating and in addition to that, a good cleaning. A non working filthy pottery water fall filter by the door and dirty fish tank nearby. The service was terrible, greeted by a typical unprofessional American waitress who gave no care other than take our order, refill once and give us our bill and like most places feel entitled to a large tip; not happening. My food had hair in it. I noticed this as I was eating. Ordered beef with the vegetables stir and there was hardly if any beef cuts, mostly just chunks of vegetables, that is giving the sheep the impression that they are getting a lot of food by cuts made into large chunks. Meat is the most important part here which were like tiny cut scraps. I think the fact is most people do not cook or know how to cook today and are clueless about food. Otherwise nobody would eat here. I should have turned around on my first thoughts and walked out. Thai restaurant with a bunch of white people working and makeup done to look like Asian eyes, insult to my Asian wife. I have been all over Thailand. This is missing everything Thai in it.

Wow! We just went here for the first time in over 15 years! What a mistake having not returned any sooner!! The food was excellent. We started with a plate of 4 Egg Rolls. Served very warm with a tasty and zingy duck sauce. Our Server, Lydia then brought out our entrees. My bride ordered Won Ton Soup and for myself, Shrimp Pad Thai. Both were served warm and ready to eat. Spice level is based on your request. We ordered with No Spice. Our opinion they don't need the heat. We shared and agreed that both dishes were full of flavor and delicious as served. You also add Soy Sauce, Lime and Ground Peanuts (Pad Thai) to taste. Both dishes were full of flavor. My bride added that her Wonton Soup was the best she has ever had. I would have to agree and say similar about the Pad Thai. Our server, Lydia did an excellent job as they were training 2 new hires while performing their job. We watched as she moved throughout the dining area and kitchen areas. She was busy ! As for the ambiance it is like a Thai time capsule. A lot of intricate woodcarving, combined with darker tabletops and (some) worn but comfortable seating. We'll definitely come back and also order for takeout.

We got the satay chicken as our appetizer, and both got Thai Sweet Iced Tea with Cream. Soooooo good. For entrees I got the N29. Pad Thai, medium spicy, with shrimp and extra sauce. My husband got the N34. Drunken Noodle Stir Fry, Thai hot. After we got them he said he wished he had ordered his with extra sauce too, bc the noodles soak up the sauce so fast. Both entrees were delicious but my pad Thai was better lol. I used to go the Bangkok Thai for my pad Thai fix, but theirs seemed off the past few times I ordered. This one was perfect. Totally hit the spot. My new favorite pad Thai in our area.

Just another day

The food is pretty much always good when I've had it. The reason the rating is a 1 star is because when I get my food to-go from there it's always been put in Styrofoam when it's hot. This leads to the styrofoam melting and leeching into the food every time. I have stopped going.

Thai food is usually too spicy for me! However, this place lets you specify the spice level you want- mild, medium, or hot. My son-in-law as well as my granddaughter had Bancock Chicken dippers. They shared and they were good. My daughter and I were feeling fairly adventurous so we went with medium spice. She got chicken and noodles, and I got the shrimp #44. The coconut sauce was excellent! Next time we're in the area, we'll be back!

Nothing authentic about this place. The atmosphere was awful extremely outdated. Food was awful. I had the yellow curry and it was far from authentic.

Sign in bathroom made me giggle. (See pic). The waitress and host were both very friendly. Got our food pretty fast. Portions were great for two hungry people to be able to share! :) Thai hot was not very hot- had to ask for extra spices. And that made it fantastic. 1000% recommend the Tom Kha.

Great tasting food with good sized portions. I usually get shrimp and steak fried rice with Thai tea, but I've liked everything I've tried so far.
