I honestly just don’t think they know what they are doing. She just kept adding water lol.

Acai bowl was upside down in the bag. Substitutions were not made correctly. I’ve had many bad experiences with this specific location not doing things the right way and I don’t plan to go back anymore. All the other negative reviews recently on here should show that this store has a serious management problem and attention to detail is not their priority.

We haven't had a bad experience yet and weve been 3-4x.
I ordered a regular acai bowl with no coconut chips and get home to see they added coconut chips and Nutella. I threw away half of the bowl because I can't have those ingredients. What a waste of money. There were no other customers to be distracted from making a correct order.

When they get it right, it’s pretty good. Just went through the drive thru. Asked for a dragon fruit bowl, no coconut, add strawberries. Was asked if I wanted Nutella, which I didn’t mention, instead of listening to what I did want. Had to then repeat my order twice. Got to the window, was handed the credit card machine so I could run my own card, at which the tip option automatically showed. No clue what I’m tipping for at this point especially since she barely spoke to words to me. Got the bowl and there is granola in it. Not mentioned on the ingredients- the granola is an error. Call up there to see if their granola has tree nuts because I have an allergy. Called 3 times and no answer, so I had to throw it away because I am not risking it. Wasted my time and almost $15. Specially for that bowl because it didn’t have granola. Their menu was busted and half the lights didn’t work. If everyone’s experience is like mine was this evening, they’ll be gone soon.

They close at 9:00, I arrived at 8:40 and they claimed to be “closed” and wouldn’t take my order, but were in the back on their phones.

I ordered a Thai chicken wrap with the plant based faux chicken. Once I opened it up, I noticed it was real chicken. I was already on the highway & had to turn around over the interstate. When I told them what happened, I didn’t get any apology. I had to wait several minutes & ask if I could get my wrap before they started on it. The faux chicken looked completely different. Both employees “mean mugged” me (not the cook) & tossed me my food. I haven’t eaten meat in 25 years, so this is important to me. I will go elsewhere.
