I ordered a Thai chicken wrap with the plant based faux chicken. Once I opened it up, I noticed it was real chicken. I was already on the highway & had to turn around over the interstate. When I told them what happened, I didn’t get any apology. I had to wait several minutes & ask if I could get my wrap before they started on it. The faux chicken looked completely different. Both employees “mean mugged” me (not the cook) & tossed me my food. I haven’t eaten meat in 25 years, so this is important to me. I will go elsewhere.

Yall this is just terrible. Do not go here. The wait for two wraps was 45 mins. This place had a lot of potential but the owners need to step in terribly. This kind of experience is going to put you out of business. Hire more staff or you may actually have to work in your own restaurant and hustle to make this happen. But Sundays are not in your favor.

I ordered 4 breakfast burritos, 2 with no meat and asked them to put the meat on the other two for my husband, as I had to pay for it anyway. They charged me $2.00 for this and were very very rude when I wanted the $2 removed. The cook said hatefully, ”do you want a refund?” I never saw the burritos. I had already given a 10% tip but he did not refund that part. I went inside so I didn’t hold the drive thru cars up and he looked at me and ignored me for 15 minutes. They refused to help me. I made sure that I had a very sweet spirit. Horrible service. I was there for 45 minutes and left $2.83 still on my cc.

My wife and I went into the location in Malbus for the first time. We sat down at the bar looking at our options we were there approximately 10 mins and not one of the three employees acknowledged us in any way. The young man who was next to the bar was very busy making drinks so we waited thinking he would take our order when he got a break. A boy and girl close to his age walked in and went to a register right next to us. The employee stopped and immediately took their order. I tried to get his attention but he still never acknowledged our existence. I left and were to Smoothie King who welcome us the second we walked through the door. I will never return to Tropical Smoothie again but will promote Smoothie King.

This was my first time going to Tropical Smoothie and I wasn't sure what would work for me. The associates at this location were very unfriendly and unhelpful. At least the smoothie is pretty good.
