The food was hot and fresh. Our waiter was super friendly. He made fresh coffee and and kept my partners sweet tea full the at all times. He took our orders and the food was cooked hot and fresh. I had waffle and crispy bacon. My partner has pork chops and scrambled eggs and loaded potatoes. Made us large drinks to go. Would definitely go back.

Rolled into this Waffle House hoping for breakfast and normal human behavior. Instead, I got a cook who came to work like he lost a bet and intended to make sure everyone else suffered for it.
This man was SLAMMING pans, plates, utensils — I thought he was trying to tenderize the entire building. The staff and customers were tiptoeing around like we’d wandered onto the set of a hostage negotiation. Nobody made eye contact. Nobody breathed too loud. We all silently agreed not to poke the bear.
Look — the food was fine. It’s Waffle House. They could cook hashbrowns during a tornado. But it’s hard to enjoy breakfast when you’re waiting to see whether the next loud crash is your plate or the cook rage-quitting through the front window.

Normally love my late night waffle adventure. Definitely see and feel that the staff of waiters are very short tempered to the point I felt so small trying to order my family some food. Hopefully my next visit won't be cut off so short that I feel so small when trying to simply order food. The cook stood tall while preparing the food. Just not fair how short lived our experience felt. But no matter the size of the problem, we can all stand together at the same equal height and say, it's gonna be alright. We are bigger than this. Just have to lift each other up when we're to small to know it.

*Spoiler* The food was good if that's what you're reading the review for. After our 2025 Spanish Fort High School graduation (Go Toros!), my band friends and I went here to get dinner. It was a bittersweet moment as they were either dropping out of band next year or moving off to another school. At this point, Waffle House has become such a hallmark in my life, and, without it, I don't know what I'd do.
