First off, what good is it to have a phone? Having a machine tell you to place your order online is a waste—especially when no one answers if there’s a problem. I placed an order online for a chicken melt bowl and a waffle, and who in the world was the cook? Why would they think it’s acceptable to serve that to anybody?
The hashbrowns were completely burnt—not crispy, not golden, just black and hard. There was zero care or effort put into the food. I tried calling back to complain and, of course, no one answered. And why would you put that nasty butter that’s been touched by everyone on the inside with my waffle instead of in the bag?
Honestly, this experience doesn’t even deserve the one star it forced me to give. If you’re not going to answer the phone, or at least make food with basic quality, take the phone and the online ordering system down. Completely unacceptable.

Horrible experience don’t go to this Waffle House. Someone broke in front of me while I had already been waiting a while, worker saw it & didn’t do anything.. then waited 20 min to get my to go order & I ordered a plate of hash browns, paid $10 for maybe a third of the portion I’m used to getting.

I arrived around 10:10 PM, and the only person working was Savannah. My order was incorrect, and instead of providing an explanation, she simply stated that she would remake it. Meanwhile, the cook was outside, presumably engaged in some unknown activity, while Savannah was managing everything on her own. Thank you, Savannah, for what you did!

Great food. This food was sooooo good I ate too much; I thought my stomach was going to explode, lucky it didn’t. I would recommend; my family of 8 had just enough room. The staff were so helpful, cooperative. When the food came I couldn’t stop drooling, my nose was in heaven. The chocolate milk is key(you should try it). It’s so good I could drink it forever. If I was on death row I would get this all star meal with a chocolate milk. My son loved the high chair, he slobbered all over it, but they didn’t mind. Everything was so good, if it was a YouTube video I would order everything from the menu. (MULTIPLE TIME)
