Placed an online order for pickup 20 minutes prior to showing up and waited an additional 20 minutes before we received our food. The young lady behind the register seemed to be overwhelmed, and looked to be the only staff member working the lobby. She was very professional, just seemed overwhelmed. We watched 3 potential customers walk out because of the lack of service. The food is always good, just takes a while to get it. Wish the management can get it right.

I usually get a salad. Cobb salad was good but I ordered a garden salad. Not good!!! Handful of lettuce. Teaspoon of cheese. No carrots. No salad dressing. Very disappointed 😞

Early lunch-time, drive-thru, Sun. Feb. 16th - HORRIBLE!!! Long wait, then inaccurate order was delivered. Girl taking orders gave us inaccurate information about the new Monterrey melt burger and they didn't put my fries in the bag. Then wait for someone to come correct it. My husband's food will now be cold because we had to wait for mine to be fixed.

I don’t do bad reviews - but Whataburger has YET AGAIN - raised their prices - and it’s just ridiculous!!! My days of eating Whataburger - HAVE COME TO AN END!

Do not go here unless you have 20 minutes to wait in a drive through. I have waited 15-20 minutes for a single item with 1 car in front of me. The service here is beyond slow. It's honestly ridiculous.
