Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I placed an order several hours ahead of time, and the food WAS ready on time; however, it has been ready for quite a while unfortunately. There was nothing fresh about it. The one person I saw working in the store acted like she just know what day it was. The experience was not the best.

My food seems to have been sitting for some time and was really hard. The reason I didn’t bring it back is that I live 45 miles away. This was my first time using the drive-thru and also my last because I thought I could trust the service. I plan to reach out to the manager and see what he/she thinks about this experience.

I normally always choose zaxbys over foo because I love them fries and how seasoned they are. Today I was a bit disappointed because there wasn’t hardly much seasoning at all, but it’s aight still pretty good. ✌️😗

We went during a big rush and tables needed wiped down but it wasn't nasty just a few crumbs. Overall the rest of the restaurant was very clean. And good employees that were courteous and helpful.

I really like zaxby's and the food here is normally good. I do not recommend this location due to the service specifically ordering curbside. If you order ahead just go inside. Everytime I order curbside I either wait for 30 minutes or have to go inside. Food may or may not be cold. Drive-thru during the day is a safe bet, but at night expect to wait around 30 minutes to an hour for food. Also if you go inside at night dont expect to be helped for about 10 minutes. Managers will see you through there little peep hole, but won't acknowledge you. Basically good luck if you order at night...

Went in to get a drink and the soda fountains weren't working. I was asking for a tea anyway which they had and they refused to let me pay for it and gave it to me with a smile for free. What great service!

It has been a couple of years since I've visited a Zaxby's. Today I was impressed with the quality of the chicken and how well it was cooked. They have also revamped the decor in the dining area. Zaxby's has really stepped up their game. I think I'll give them another shot soon.
