put one more cucumber in my salad when i say not to it’s gonna be a lawsuit. I’m allergic/ paid and never refunded when i legit said im allergic. and i go up there often. I know them salads don’t come pre made. Says made to order. so Get to be being better zaxby’s

Ordered the 8ct Buffalo shrimp but only received 6. With a drink total was $9. A tad ridiculous for 6 shrimp.

Employees are rude and food was extremely burnt we had to throw it away! Not edible at all! Waste of $30 I will not be back here!!!

I placed a pick up order online and when I got home and gave my kids thier meals , all the chicken and shrimp was burnt! I spent $40 just to eat burnt food because I didn't have the time to inconveniently go back for it to be fixed!

Sooo I have never written a review. I had to for this though. They had forgotten my strawberry sauce and instead gave me barbecue sauce. My Lemon pepper sandwhich was suppose to be a dry rub but it instead came dripping then there I wanted no tomato and there was no tomato or lettuce. I hate to be that guy, but I was just baffled by the strawberry- barbecue switch up. Oh and my nibblerz were old tasting and basically had no sauce on it. My friends chicken bacon ranch fries had way too much cheese, no bacon and the chicken was CHEWY!

The staff didn't seem to pleasant,no good communication,wasn't customer friendly,traditional wings were kinda tough,went for lunch 12/16

Stopped by on way back to Louisiana after escaping the path of Francine. Got sick l8tr but that could be because of other things that happened. I enjoyed the background music and good attitude of employees. I found it clean and in very good order.

Parking: Quite a bit of parking even some shady spots

Kid-friendliness: Playing CC music, So, definitely not offensive

Wheelchair accessibility: Two of us walking with canes or walking sticks and a service animal had zero issues

Stopped here for a fast lunch ordered the number one in a three piece big zax and four fing small drink diner in went to get our drinks and sit down in the dining area. When order was ready they did not call us. Just happened to go back and notice food was already sitting on the counter. Poor customer service the chicken fingers were cooked too long dry would not recommend this location.

I work night shift and grabbed a chicken salad from here before I came in. I was excited because I didn’t eat all day and I’ve always wanted to go to Zaxby’s. When I got to work and went to take the salad out of the bag, there was a fly smushed into the lid. My entire meal was ruined and nothing else is open for me to get food at. Very disappointed.

Asked for sandwich all the way and it onky had sauce in it. No lettuce or mayonnaise. Got a salad and was not given salt and pepper and NO FORK. We did think to ask for ketchup for fries before we drove off. Guess we should have figured since the workers were more concerned with running their mouths instead of doing their job it would not have been done correctly!
