Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Second time I have went to this location last few weeks and did not respond at the drive thru! I am done with this location. Tried again and still the same crapp! Go to the Spanish Fort location.

Stopped by on the way thru Alabama because the gas station nearby had closed their restrooms. Went inside and ordered some food, and the employees were wonderful. Super nice and welcoming. Customer service means a lot, these days and they got it right!

Been going to zaxbys for a minute and rarely have an issue. Except the few times a wait has been over 10 minutes everything has been good. Until tonight, an order for 2 Signature Zaxby’s sandwich’s and a Big Zax Snax (3 pc) took over 17 minutes of wait, with no communication on our order, and then received SPICY Sandwiches instead of regular, which the order taker even double checked if it was spicy or not.

Paul was absolutely wonderful and helped me as a new customer with food recommendations. Fried Cobb Salad was fantastic as well as the Cheddar Bites and Egg Roll - hubby loved his Signature Sandwich Meal. Many blessings to all for this new year!

Came for dinner about 6pm, drive thru was fast and friendly. Got home and food tasted hot and fresh. Will definitely be back. A+

Every time I go there,the tables are nasty,have to ask to get someone to wipe one down.The bathroom was disgusting.One toilet was steady overflowing and the smell was overbearing.Poor management.Surprized health dept. hasn't stepped in!

Experienced fresh, hot tenders and fries! The restaurant is very clean and convenient. Nice wall decor that supports the local community, clean bathrooms, and quick service.

The Zaxbys in Daphne on 98 is probably the worse food I've ever ate. We ordered to 2 kickin' chicken meals with a side of fried pickles and a side of veggie egg rolls. It was at 3:43 on 11-6-24. We were asked to pull up and it would be brought out. There was no other customers but 1 behind us. They brought the food out at 3:59. I was getting out, to go in and get my money back when she came out the door. The kickin' chicken bread was buttered and soft and was not toasted. It had like a half a teaspoon of ranch on it and maybe a teaspoon of hot sauce. Literally the ratio of butter to ranch and hot sauce was a 10 to 1 ratio
That being butter at the 10. Everything fried tasted like the grease had not been changed in a week or longer. Just horrible horrible food. It isn't fit to feed my dog. To sit as long as we did to receive this..is uncalled for. I mean what did they do all that time. Cause this was thrown together. It was not even hot. This was my favorite fast food restaurant, but this location,...I'm just speechless that management would let this go out the door. Corporate better do something about this location. Cause anyone eating here isn't coming back. That I can guarantee you.
