Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Every time I visit your restaurant I receive excellent customer service from the young lady that works the drive through window. Today I went inside and the young lady that worked the counter also gave me excellent customer service. Also your dining area was very clean.

They were fast and seems like they dont get a lot of customers so the food is fresh and good. I dont eat out anymore with the cost of everything going up but 3 tacos is about $9 so for just me thats perfect. This is the only place I eat out to other than the occasional cicis visit because of that. So if youre looking to eat out on a budget come here, try the tacos. As a meal its 10 something but I have drinks at home.

Use to be my favorite chicken. But what I got today was gross. Didn’t even taste like chicken. Took two bites and was done. $20 wasted on gross chicken, overcooked toast, cold fries, and breadcrumbs that were missing pickles beneath it. The only good part of the meal was the soda.

Second visit since the remodel, and certainly the last. Food has been cold and extremely soggy. French fries way past serving temperature. Sad, poor management

usually it's decent, I like the tea here but today it took about 20 minutes at the drive through and then my pickles were burned to a crisp. i was the only one in the drive thru and no one in the Parking lot except one vehicle

I don’t know who my salad today around 2:50p but I would just like to give them a compliment on a job well done! I do not mind paying for something and be worth it. Let me just say my salad was absolutely beautiful, it was prepared with love and my container was differently giving…”monies worth!” Also the drive thru cashier was super sweet and she’s always professional. Great job guys..you are definitely headed in the right direction!👏🏾👏🏾

Second time I have went to this location last few weeks and did not respond at the drive thru! I am done with this location. Tried again and still the same crapp! Go to the Spanish Fort location.

Stopped by on the way thru Alabama because the gas station nearby had closed their restrooms. Went inside and ordered some food, and the employees were wonderful. Super nice and welcoming. Customer service means a lot, these days and they got it right!

Been going to zaxbys for a minute and rarely have an issue. Except the few times a wait has been over 10 minutes everything has been good. Until tonight, an order for 2 Signature Zaxby’s sandwich’s and a Big Zax Snax (3 pc) took over 17 minutes of wait, with no communication on our order, and then received SPICY Sandwiches instead of regular, which the order taker even double checked if it was spicy or not.

Paul was absolutely wonderful and helped me as a new customer with food recommendations. Fried Cobb Salad was fantastic as well as the Cheddar Bites and Egg Roll - hubby loved his Signature Sandwich Meal. Many blessings to all for this new year!

Drivethu cashier was very rude and unprofessional . I will not return back to that location.
