Excellent pizza & snow cones!

Great food and ice cream. It's super convenient and it wasn't overly crowded. The staff was great! Outdoor dining only!

We visited Island Rainbow in Dauphin Island, AL and ordered a banana split and a milkshake. While we were waiting to place our order, we witnessed an employee being disciplined by a supervisor right in front of customers and other staff. It created a really uncomfortable atmosphere for everyone there.

That same employee ended up making our ice cream, which unfortunately was already quite melted by the time it was handed to us. While we understand that things happen behind the scenes, addressing staff in front of guests is not appropriate and takes away from the experience. A little more professionalism would go a long way.

It was nice. I mean, you get what you came for, ice cream, nothing over the top, but alright, if you want something good, go beside the place and order some eggrolls.

Drove 45 minutes to DI for a snowcone because google said they were open until 9pm…got there & a sign on the window said they were closed & out of ice at 7pm… SO upset that I wasted so much time & gas driving all that way for nothing.

We waited 40 minutes for one Kitchen Sink pizza, only to receive it with completely raw dough. I brought it back, and the cook admitted he tries to prevent that from happening, but since the manager wasn’t on site, the only option offered was to remake it. That’s just not acceptable. A refund should have been issued immediately, especially considering the pizza was inedible — not a single slice could be eaten.

We had several different items. My shake was awesome. Regular ice cream was good. My daughter got a stuffed snow cone - ice cream inside the snow cone - she loved it!

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp to get on the porch, but then there are 2 or 3 steps to get in the building to order.

Our friends that have been to the area before wanted to try this place we all tried something different and everything was delicious! Friendly staff, was patient with us with having a little one and 4 indecisive adults looking over the menu. Fantastic work!

Stopped in for an ice cream to celebrate my wife's birthday. The young ladies who were working were so very kind, and they all sang happy birthday to my wife.

The pizza was excellent, and I am picky when it comes to pizza. Had the Smokehouse (stuffed crust, all the meats and BBQ sauce) and it was super. LOTS of cheese, nothing was scrimped on. Crust was just right, and the smoky taste of Conecuh sausage marries perfectly with BBQ sauce. Easily the best pizza I have had while at the beach.
