Pros: Tanya is amazing and Pirates is lucky to have her. She got our orders in fast and was attentive to us the whole time we were seated in her area.
Cons: The hostess stand is completely unprofessional and either lack the training to handle their jobs or need to be provided with additional training. I called 3 weeks ahead of our trip and asked for a reservation and was told only a table of 8 could be reserved. We had 13 so I booked the table for 8 and said we would call...read full review
