Pirate's Pizza and Wings

I wish we had one by our house.

My husband and I visited Pirate’s Pizza and Wings for lunch while on a quick getaway to Dauphin Island. From the moment we walked in, we were treated with kindness. The music was my hubby’s favorite (YACHT ROCK)! Will, the manager, was the sweetest, most down to earth guy. While there, we had drinks and the build your own pizza. It was DELICIOUS! We had enough leftover to have it for dinner. We would 100% recommend it to anyone visiting Dauphin Island.

We were on the island for a girls trip and were talking about taco pizza back home being so good. The workers heard us talking and mentioned that theirs was the best. Jokingly I said let us be the judge but we hadn’t ordered it. After we got done eating our pizza and were paying our bill, we were presented with a free taco pizza to go so we could test it out. It was amazing and so was the service.

Great food!! I will be back.

Placed an order for carry out. Told would be an hour and half. I agreed. Trying to make a special time for spring break in KY grand child and child. Went to pick up and was handed food and paid. Ordered large pizza and 20 naked wings with sauces on the side. Drove back to our house and there were no sauces for naked wings called and told I could come back and get sauces they were busy and driver was out. Never an apology or try to make right. I’m disgusted and mortified with this establishment. Grandchild didn’t like pizza so putting in a frozen pizza at 8:00 at night.

We enjoyed our meal very much! From accommodating our large group at lunchtime to checking in to ensure we had everything we needed, Pirates was amazing! Loved the wings and pizza and will be back. Shout out to GM Will and team :)

Out waitress was superb we blew in of the street with 11 people and she went to work getting everyone settled and was so sweet. The puzza, pizza, enormous and so very delicious!

Kid-friendliness: Brought my kids in and they loved it here and had a great time. Got a buffalo pizza which was amazing. Bobby was our server and we got to talk to the manager Jazz, they were wonderful. Came in again and Will and Gabbie got us a philly cheese steak pizza, it was the bomb. Drinks were great! Very chill and fun vibes

Had a wonderful experiance! Jazz and Bobby got us a great Buffalo Chicken pizza and Will and Gabbie got us a great Philly cheese steak pizza. They were absolutely wonderful and a chill atmosphere.

We ordered pizza, a calzone, and the large peach Ragnar dessert to go. All of the food was decent with the calzone being my favorite of the entrees. The Ragnar dessert is very sweet. We got the large, but think we'd opt for the smaller size next time. Staff was very friendly and cordial.

I absolutely love the pizza. I've talked it up a ton to friends as the best pizza out there BUT I've had on multiple occasions called the place when Google has said they were open and no one has answered just to get to the restaurant and find it's closed. Sometimes it hasn't been a big deal but other times, I've come across the bay on the ferry to pick it up and have wasted a good bit of time.

Hours need to be updated or communication on Facebook or something else needs to be improved.

highly recommend Pirates pizza and wings! We ordered both menu items and both were excellent. The customer service was top notch - thank you Will and the atmosphere relaxed and a perfect island vibe.
