The food is fine, good but not blow your mind amazing. However, what really ticked me off was the serving portion for price paid. The pictured seafood platter cost $20 and came with 1 piece of catfish, 3 shrimp, and 3 oysters plus the 2 sides. Im willing to pay $10 extra bucks for more and better tasting food.
This is a fast food place but it is so remarkable. You're within walking distance of the beach. The staff is amazing The owners are amazing. It's amazing that they've been able to stay in business even when the offseason and the customer load is so reduced.there were places that have come and gone because they couldn't do it. They care about their their neighbors and their city and it shows.
We appreciated reel deal being open and maybe we went in off season, but the place is in need of some TLC. We got ice creams and fries. The fries were hot and good. The ice cream was bland and they were out of many flavors and options. The bathroom was pretty dirty. The staff seemed tired and bored. Again maybe just an off day. But with some work this could be a great beach spot.
