Stopped in today for Happy Hour. Ordered two small shakes as I have done several times over the past month. However, this time they charged me full price instead of Happy Hour price. I ask why not the happy hour price and the informed me that only the mini shakes were happy hour price! According to all online information, all small shakes are $1 during Hsppy Hour. What gives???!!!🤔
I will NOT visit this location again! My husband & I absolutely love Arby's, but the past few times here were the worst! The grease was so old & nasty my potato cakes looked burned, & soaked in grease. I took them back, the manager brought more that looked the same way. He even admitted to the grease being old & asked if I wanted curly fries!! I told him NO I don't want anything fried, that's gross! So he gave us a roast beef sandwich that was cold & nasty!
