Our visit on a Monday night was good. The dining area only had a few diners when we arrived. We were immediately seated and our server, Makala arrived quickly. We didn't have to wait long before our food arrived. The pulled pork was delicious, as well as the smoked turkey. Overall, the food was great! The lighting inside is a bit dim, and makes it somewhat difficult to see the menu.
Home of Alabama’s famous white BBQ sauce — and yes, it’s as good as they say. I tried the smoked chicken with a side of mac and cheese; juicy, smoky, and tangy in every bite. The atmosphere is pure Southern comfort — casual, loud, and full of regulars.
Maria and Bronson doing the takeout tonight were absolutely amazing. There were so many orders, and they were helping everyone with efficiency and kindness. I hope the boss knows how awesome they are! Thank y'all!
