Casa Santiago Mexican Grill

I paid $28 for a double order of jalisco fajitas. What I got was a single order split into 2 dishes. The total number of shrimp was 6 between both plates. This was our first time ordering food from here. Very disappointed. Will not be ordering again.

There are only two Mexican restaurants I visit and that is Guadalajara and Casa Santiago Casa Santiago is by far the best, but Guadalajara is cheaper and almost as good One is in Decatur cass Santiago and the other is in south Huntsville Guadalajara

One of my favorite places in Decatur in terms of food. Also has the best cheese dip in town!

This is the best Mexican food I have EVER eaten. Service was great and food is phenomenal!

This place is terrible every time I’ve been here to pick up an order it’s always 20 more mins from the time they tell me it’s going to be done

White cheese for chips ( almost $10.00 ) leaked out into bag on my way back home and was wasted.
Crunchy tacos were not individually wrapped and fell apart as they were picked up ( soggy). Soft tacos were decent… but compared to even Taco Bell were not something I will ever purchase again. 5 out of 10 review…

my wife and step son ate here a few days ago. It was the first time and probably will be the last time. We got the wrong food and when we asked why we didn't get what we ordered, the server froze like time stood still, looked at what they wrote down and said we would have to pay extra to take it back. My wife said it was fine we would eat what we got because she was hungry and didn't want to wait another 30 minutes. After finally bringing all the food, the server came back with the bill.
We told the server we had a coupon, they said to show the cashier. It was still on the receipt and when I showed them the coupon they had already charged us full price and we had to pay that even though they had already said they would take the coupon and they couldn't take off the discount.
Needless to take this is the short version. There was a lot more, but the rest is unnecessary. This place is garbage, serving garbage, and worse.
I DO NOT recommend this place ever.

We went here on a date and we had a horrible experience our waiter. He came to our table twice. Once to take our order,and then once to drop food, we never got refills, even though we asked several times, and even had to go get the check ourselves as well as to go boxes. The food was amazing but our waiter was terrible so better hope you dont get the male waiter. Otherwise it's a good place to eat

We had our food delivered so idk about the service or atmosphere.Everything was too spicy compared to all the other mexicann restaurants around Decatur.The salsa,enchiladas,cheese dip were all pretty hot.The taco meat had a good flavor but were soggy by the time we received them(not the restaurants fault of course).Still over all a waste of $50.00 in my opinion.We won't order from here again or visit.
