My family was traveling through from Oklahoma, we stopped with 3 small kids. Walked in and nobody said a word.. we stood there for 10 mins after our children used the bathroom and still nothing said to us. Then suddenly a female employee yells at us that the lobby is closed and they were serving truckers.. she informed us very rudely they were short staffed and she was about to send most of those employees home.
