Delicious sandwiches made quickly for an easy lunch option
The customer service isn’t great..my husband ordered his “free” birthday sandwich and ends up being charged 13 when the receipt we had clearly said it was 4 dollars. He called the store only to be told “my employees would never do anything like
that” when he mentioned maybe a bigger tip was added..guess what..the employee DID do that! Our money was refunded but no apology or anything else was given. DO BETTER.
I just want to say that not only does Jimmy John's make the best Italian sub in town but my delivery driver went out of her way, took my money, went and got change and BROUGHT IT BACK like a decent human being even though I would've had no proof that I gave her extra and I'm really impressed by that. I wish I'd gotten her name so I could let them know.
