The doughnuts were fine....I was picking them up for a friend. The person at the window was fine, got my order correct, quick service. I was shocked, however, when she couldn't accept the tip I offered. As I'm not a KK customer, I had no idea that that was a policy. I felt bad for offering, then. I felt even worse that there is a policy in place. Talk about a morale downer.
First thing I noticed was the cleanliness of the facility. Secondly the warm friendly faces. A young lady by the name of Keyona was in training. She was still doing a very good job and was impressive. I forgot to order my caramel ice latte and she was cool about it. Five stars hands down, highly recommended and I would definitely return to this location.
